Who is this site for and what other sales channels does Preserve offer?

Preserve created this food service site as a way to make ordering easier for our smaller volume food service customers. This ordering method is best suited for those ordering less than about 10 cases. If you are looking for larger quantities, please contact sales@preserve.eco to inquire about distributor partners and volume discounts.

  • You may also be interested in our main company site, preserve.eco. This site offers corporate information on Preserve and houses our direct-to-consumer online store.
  • Preservewholesale.com features select Preserve products in wholesale formats and is best suited to small retailers, hotels and dental offices.

Shipping Rates

Preserve charges only the shipping rates that we are charged by our providers. On our preservefoodservice.com site, we unfortunately are not able to offer free or reduced shipping rates.

Returns

If you would like to make a return, please reach out to store@preserve.eco to explain the situation and determine the right path for you. Preserve is not able to cover return shipment costs for unsold items, but will refund items that are in re-sellable condition.

Shipping turn-around times

For online orders, our goal is to ship out all orders within 3-4 business days.
